  • Place the chopped cinnamon roll dough into the egg mixture and toss gently to ensure each piece is well-coated.
  • Drizzle the melted butter over the dough and egg mixture and stir to combine.
  • Transfer the coated cinnamon roll dough to the prepared baking sheet, spreading it out in a single layer.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and slightly crispy on the edges.
  • While the bites are baking, you can warm the maple syrup in a small saucepan over low heat if desired.
